Kamety provides a digital platform for managing community savings circles (commonly known as Kamety, Committee, or ROSCA - Rotating Savings and Credit Association). Our services include:
To use our services, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using Kamety, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Users can create or join savings groups. Each group must have a designated administrator who is responsible for managing group settings, member approvals, and ensuring compliance with group rules.
Members agree to make timely contributions as per the group's schedule. Kamety provides tracking and reminders but does not process payments directly. All financial transactions occur between members.
Groups may establish their own rules regarding late payments or defaults. Kamety is not responsible for enforcing payment obligations or recovering defaulted amounts.
Kamety offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment information.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new prices.

All content, features, and functionality on Kamety, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Kamety and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without our express written permission.
Your use of Kamety is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
KAMETY PROVIDES THE PLATFORM "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAMETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kamety and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Kamety after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, India.
Before filing a claim against Kamety, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kamety regarding your use of the platform.
